Expected Cut-offs for UPSC EPFO APFC 2015-16 Examination

For General Category Candidates expected cut-off is 67-72
For OBC Candidates expected cut-off is 65-68
For SC/ST Candidates expected cut-off is 60-63

We are getting calls from many candidates regarding cut off of the exam. Some are saying it will be around 90! someone is saying 80! We believe these are rumours.

Some may have done it, but cut off is different thing. Don't worry. If your score is around 65, you should start preparation for interview immediately.

UPSC conducted written exam for 170 posts of Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner on 10th Jan. 

This exam is being conducted after long gap, so some changes in pattern are expected.

Candidates and coaching institutes should understand that predicting UPSC pattern is futile work.

UPSC is certainly predictable in nature of test paper.  

Paper was related to basics of all the things mentioned in syllabus.

Based on the number of questions for maximum of 100 marks, each question carries 0.833 marks. 

Quantitative aptitude covers more than 25% of paper. 

In the category of social security of India, more questions on recently announced social security schemes of present government. 

Polity and governance questions can be managed with basic understanding of the subject. 

Basic computer related questions were as per expectation.

Considering the difficulty level of questions, number of questions and student's feedback 67-72 is the expected cut off score out of 100 marks.
